 We usually recommend for vehicle traffic to stay off 24 hours. Please let your HoA know if applicable. We will put up caution tape to keep others off as well. 

 We usually only need about 2 hours for the surface to be water ready after sealing. We always keep an eye on the radar through multiple sources and keep customers updated 

 Each job is different but typically for an average job we arrive at 9am and depart around 3 pm 

Yes all jobs sealed with 3 coats get a 2 year warranty as listed in the "Warranty" menu tab

Yes

Efflorescence is completely normal and is caused by the minerals in the concrete working their way up to the top of the bricks. You can usually tell if it's efflorescence by soaking the area, if it goes away it's probably efflorescence. We can treat it but it always has the potential of coming back because its caused by the minerals in the bricks.
